All products are warranted as per the manufacturer's warranty, which is provided directly by the authorized local agent, and as follows:

Manufacturer's Warranty: This warranty is valid for seven days from the date of product receipt. If any manufacturing defects are found during this period, we will exchange the product at no cost. If no issues are reported during this period, the product is considered out of the manufacturer's warranty.

General Warranty: This is a warranty with a specific duration (determined based on the product) that begins from the date of receipt. It covers the product against any manufacturing defects, excluding misuse (liquids, burning, breakage, etc.).

In case maintenance is required for any product, the customer is responsible for transporting the product to the authorized maintenance center directly and at their own expense; The customer is subject to the policies of the authorized local agent.

Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with Total Tools]! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Returns:

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days,or depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
